Sometimes you may see an error code 401 on your screen. There are a few things that will cause this error. One cause is that you may be trying to use a second device with a single playlist at the same time. Remember for each playlist you are using it can only be logged in with one device at a time. Check to see if another device has been left on and active on the same playlist. Another cause could just simply be that the playlist has lost its current active setting. In this case all that needs to be done is to update the playlist. To do this you would go into your Tivimate settings.

Go into your playlists.

Update all Playlists

That’s it. You should have your playlist updated and can go back to viewing.
